New Feature - Giphy Gifs.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so who knows how much an animated picture adds.  
To that end, I've now added the ability to easily add animated GIFs to your forum posts through the GIPHY service.

This uses the enhanced editor on the desktop version of the site (sorry, mobile users) by clicking the GIPHY icon on the toolbar

You then simply search for an appropriate meaning or response, and it automatically adds it to your post.
