Think I might have a convert...
My better half suggested taking the Wind to work this morning.
Normally she extracts the urine out of my little shoe and prefers her boring but perfectly functional Focus. We work not that far away from each other, so she normally lifts me in, and I suggested on Monday with the nice weather that we took the Wind. Today she saw it was sunny and suggested the same without prompting. I suspect she's enjoying the attention. She took it to the car wash on the way home, and I even caught her looking at eBay Winds earlier. Then she started shopping for Twizys for me.

I know they're silly, but I do like the Twizy. If I (rarely) drive to work, the commute is less than 8 miles each way on A-Roads. Our parking is terrible, but Id be able to park a tiny 'car' always.
If Renault ditched that stupid battery rental cost, I'd have one as a second car in an instant.
And if I were a millionaire, Id collect crazy Renaults. Like the Velsatis of a few years ago.

That is the big shame as far as I'm concerned. I'd probably have one for a laugh, if not.

I'd only buy ones pre-fitted with the doors. Apparently you can't add them on afterwards as its a different bodyshell with the appropriate mounts/supports fitted.

Just buy a motorcycle, far more fun.
