Hi sorry for late reply.....i searched auto trader and found my wind 45 miles away, i also found one in peterhead(arnold clark ford dealer) i test drove the peterhead one(61 plate with 5k on clock,blue, £6500) but settled on my black collection model, 5 months later and i love it....hood down lots through winter,plenty clear blue skies here on the moray coast, i live in portsoy, population 1600 ish and there is another wind in town.strange but true!

Funnily enough i said to my g/f i would love to go to a meet but i'm so far away, i'm well over an hour north of Aberdeen.....how far north have you travelled for a meet so far?.......I'm 40 minutes from Elgin, the roads here are great for Winds,very quiet,long straights with bendy bits!

North was Cumbria south Kent. France will be the longest so far. We did go to Loch Ness for a week but in the days before we had the Wind. We went on a cruise to the Faroe's calling in at Orkney and Shetland.

Great...... We are heading for Plockton and Skye end of may for a week.....Touring around Skye in the Wind will be a treat.

The dreaded midge are there..... Aren't they?. In Scotland in September but only just.... near Eyemouth

Yeah Midgies can be a problem but a good repellent sorts them out.

Yep, your just over the border by a few miles, but watch the drink drive laws here in Bonnie Scotland, as the limit is lower.
In some pubs they are now selling beer in 2/3rd of a pint glasses to stay legal

With the view from the Cottage I am not bothered about the pubs. If I have the car it's no alcohol...
